Our company specializes in manufacturing various kinds of precision castings, molding sand castings, and different standards of carbon steel, stainless steel, and high alloy steel flanges. Our company is located in a port city of Zhangjiagang which has very convenient transportation conditions. It is only 1km away from the port and Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone. It's only 90 minutes to Shanghai Hongqiao and Pudong Airports by car, 150 minutes to Nanjing Pukou Airport by car, and 12km to Jiangyin Bridge. We have two different casting and forging mills located in jingang town and the Free Trade Zone.

Our company has modern advanced testing instruments for material analysis and products testing, such as F-20 direct reading action spectrum apparatuses imported form Italy, SHT4000 computer controlled tensile testing machines, ZBC2302 impact testing machines, hypothermia generators, notch broachers, FISCHER ferrite content detectors imported from Germany, THK160 digital hardness testers, PXVT-VI digital ultrasonic flaw detectors and TR110 surface roughness detectors. Our company uses Pro/Engineer, CAD and CAXA for casting mold designing and processing, uses cast soft and solid works for casting process simulation design to guarantee the quality of our products.

Our company covers an area of 27,500 square meters with more than 60 fabricate and testing equipment for precision casting, resin sand casting, special type flange and forging. We can supply clients with 350 metric tons of various precision castings, 2,500 metric tons of various resin sand castings, and 4,000 metric tons of carbon steel, stainless steel and high alloy steel forgings per year. The design and fabricate of casting mold, casting, forging, spectrum chemical content analysis, heat treatment, mechanics performance testing and machining can provide complete and stable quality service and system guarantee.
